Investigators from Greater Manchester Police have arrested a man in connection with a collision in Salford. A 64-year-old man was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop on Bolton Road in Swinton, near McDonald's, at around 6:15pm on 2/11/23. He was treated at the scene and taken to hospital, where he remains in critical condition. Earlier today, a 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
