The aftermath of the 1992 fire which tore through Curtess Shoes, which was located on Eccles Shopping Precinct.
The shoe shop was a popular place to buy the latest fashionable footwear of the era, sadly not that popular though as it is no longer in business.
The company has long since vanished from the high street but the shop remains (for now) and is currently in use as a skills exchange centre.
