This big gay odyssey about LGBT rights, the 80s and disco has been created by Olivier Award winner Jon Brittain and Matt Tedford and stars Matt Tedford as Margaret Thatcher.
Following four sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe, UK tours and a West End season, and celebrating the show’s 10th anniversary the Iron Lady is back – and is more fabulous than ever.
On the eve of the vote on Section 28, Maggie gets lost in Soho and accidentally becomes a cabaret superstar. Will she change her mind about the homophobic bill before it’s too late…?
It is directed by Jon Brittain, with design by Christopher Hone, sound design by Ed Lewis and Jon Brittain, and lighting design by Alex Fernandes. Further casting to be announced.
