Experienced in Anti Social Behaviour, great with people?
We provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester and have big plans to build more over the next five year. Supporting customers with issues such as ASB are key to this and we are looking for someone to help us do this.
Following a review of our Tenancy Services directorate, we need someone to work closely with the Tenancy Management team, who will take pride in delivering a brilliant service to ensure all reports of ASB are swiftly and effectively managed. Someone who will take responsibility for leading on managing all ASB cases that require any formal action.
We’re looking for someone who has worked in a similar role in the social housing sector. With experience in dealing with all types of ASB including managing cases that require legal action and representing Irwell Valley Homes in Court. You’ll be competent at dealing with members of the public and supporting customers through the process. As well as successfully dealing with tenancy and neighbourhood issues.
Access to a personal vehicle and valid driving licence is essential.
Irwell Valley Homes is a great place to work! We work in an agile way, pay good salaries, offer a great range of benefits and support colleagues to learn and grow, because we want to attract and retain the very best people to help us serve our customers.
So if you have a great rapport with people, have the ability to deal with challenging situations and complex lifestyles, have a positive can-do attitude and want to make a difference - we’d love you to join our exciting new team!
