The charged individuals include:
- Daniel Knorr (born 21 February 2002)

All three are residents of Second Avenue, Birmingham. Additionally, the following individuals have also been charged:
- Indigo Rumbelow (born 22 April 1994) of Anthill Road, Haringey
- Margaret Reid (born 14 January 1971) of Low Fellside, Kendal
The arrests and subsequent charges come amid ongoing efforts to prevent disruptive activities at Manchester Airport. Head of Specialist Operations, Chief Superintendent Mark Dexter, emphasized the importance of maintaining airport operations during the busy summer travel season.
Chief Superintendent Dexter, said:
“We are working closely with Manchester Airports Group, partners, and police colleagues from across the UK to prevent disruptive activity and ensure it does not affect us here in Manchester.”
“We maintain a constant presence at the airport, and you will see our officers across the site if you’re travelling here during the summer months.”
Dexter also urged travelers to stay alert and report any suspicious activities:
“Our aim is to keep the airport running so that you can enjoy your well-earned holidays, so I ask that anyone who is travelling remains vigilant. If you see something that seems suspicious, report it to us so we can act.”
The proactive measures and continued vigilance are part of GMP’s broader strategy to ensure public safety and minimize disruption during the peak travel season.
