Citywide Services is thrilled to announce that Lyndsay Knowles, a dedicated Cook Supervisor at Salford’s St Philip’s CE Primary School, has been honoured with the LACA Apprentice of the Year Award 2024. This prestigious award, presented by LACA (Local Authority Catering Association), recognises outstanding apprentices who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, skill, and passion in the field of educational catering.
Lyndsay has been an invaluable member of the Citywide Services team, contributing significantly to the culinary experience at St Philip’s CE Primary School. Her approach, leadership skills, and dedication to providing nutritious and delicious meals for students have set a new standard.
