Yes we all remember the nostalgia of the good old days of our youth, sat in in your pyjamas in front of a square shaped telly eating sugar puffs whilst watching Noel Edmund's arrange swaps of random bit's of junk and granny's unwanted Christmas presents they had knocking around.
A multitude of pop stars trying to flog their latest vinyl records, whilst answering inane questions being fired at them by over exited 10 years old's, all via antiquated landline phones which were not even plugged in.
Well the good old days are to return in September, at least for a (so far) 12 episode run of a new 2 hour long show named Live and Dangerous, which is to be broadcast from our beloved Salford on CBBC.
Presenters for the show are still to be confirmed but the format will apparently be more than a nostalgic nod to its forefathers.
Personally speaking I am hoping for the return of Gordon the Gopher and scenes of Bill Oddie being gunged, I have also dug out my old Transformers just on the off chance I can swap them for the Bontempi Organ I have dreamed about owning since I was 10.
MediaCity is the new home of CBBC so its only logical the new show should be broadcast from there, expect mirth and mayhem and remember you don't have to be a kid to watch it
