The Salford-based chartered accountancy practice, MCC Accountants, has continued its impressive expansion, resulting in the hiring of several new staff. Accountant Khadija Atcha and Assistant Manager Sarah Roberts recently joined the busy team.

The MCC practice is now targeting further accounts for SMEs, Sole Traders and Contractors across the whole of Greater Manchester.

Rob Flint, Practice Manager at MCC Accountants, commented,

“I am thrilled to welcome Khadija and Sarah to our team. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience with them, developed over a number of years within the accounting and finance sector.

The way that Khadija has conducted herself since her arrival has been exemplary, She is highly motivated and is always looking to improve our clients’ experience. She has swiftly become a key member of the team at MCC. I look forward to supporting her as she works towards becoming a fully qualified chartered accountant.”

He continued,

“Sarah has excelled in her role as Assistant Manager. Her organisation and communication skills are excellent and her enthusiasm for her work is already rubbing off on the rest of the team. I know that she will be hugely successful here.

At MCC, we pride ourselves on passion, drive, reliability and honesty. Khadija and Sarah both embody all of these qualities and so are the perfect additions to our team.”

Khadija has enjoyed her work so far, saying,

“I was given a lot of responsibility from the day I started, which was quite daunting. But Rob and the rest of the team have been very supportive; I feel appreciated and love seeing how my work is being used to steer important financial decisions for our clients.”

Sarah agreed, commenting,

“I have already worked on a wide range of duties. It’s been a steep learning curve, but I can’t wait to take on even more work and show Rob and our clients what I’m capable of. I’m excited and proud to be a part of MCC as it continues its expansion in the near future.”

The arrival of the new team members comes on the back of a record year for MCC, in which it has achieved the acquisition of an impressive number of new clients. Thanks to the huge success the company is experiencing, there are plans for further growth next year.

MCC will be adding the provision of auditing, business consultancy and outsourcing to the already impressive roster of services which they provide to their client base of more than one hundred small businesses and contractors, developed over ten years in business.
