Two men have appeared in court this morning to deny charges in the gruesome case involving the death of Stuart Everett, whose dismembered remains were discovered in multiple locations across Greater Manchester.
Michal Jaroslaw Polchowski, 44, and Marcin Majerkiewicz, 38, both required a Polish interpreter during their court appearance. They pleaded not guilty to the murder of Stuart Everett and also denied an alternative charge of manslaughter.
During a hearing at Manchester Crown Court, the judge set the trial date for March 3, 2025, with a pretrial review scheduled for January 17, 2025. The prosecution is being handled by Anne Whyte KC.
