Salford Red Devils Head Coach, Paul Rowley, has announced his 21-man squad for this Friday’s clash against Huddersfield Giants. After a tough and painful defeat in Perpignan, the mighty Red Devils are eager to bounce back against a Giants team aiming to revive their playoff hopes following the sacking of head coach Ian Watson after a run of just one win in eight Super League games.

Watson spent six years with Salford before he left to take over the Giants in November 2020 and signed a new four-year deal in July 2022.

Squad Updates

New Addition: Joe Bullock

Prop Joe Bullock joins the squad on loan from Warrington Wolves for the remainder of 2024 and will wear number 31 if selected. Bullock trained with the team for the first time yesterday and is expected to bring added strength to the forward pack.

Injury: Loghan Lewis

Loghan Lewis will miss this game due to a head injury sustained last Saturday, adhering to concussion protocols.

Return: Cade Cust

Halfback Cade Cust returns to the squad after a lengthy injury lay-off, adding crucial experience and creativity.
