Greater Manchester Police have launched an appeal for the public’s help in tracing Tracy Lowe (29/12/1976), who is wanted on recall to prison.
No mention of her original crime was given.
She has links to the Trafford and Salford areas of Greater Manchester, as well as links to Birmingham.
